Remembering R i z a l
He who does not love his own language is worse than a rotten fish? one of the famous saying that came from one of our national heroes Jose Rizal. Who doesn't know Jose Rizal? our hero who fought against the Spaniards. A fighter that believes that pen is mightier than swords. Jose Protacio Mercado Y Alonzo Realonda Rizal, top student in Collegio De San Juan De Letran.
Rizal, as he believe that pen is mightier than the swords, wrote several poem that speaks the heart of the Filipinos. One of these was "Noli Me Tangere" were character represents both Spaniards & Indio, the content mainly speaks what's happening in the society.
Rizal was a genius person. He was known because of his martyrdom that causes his death. He fought not for our freedom, but for our equality towards Spaniards. He failed to attain this goal however because of his actions, he opened the other people's eyes to fight against Spaniards.

He influenced a lot of people to be brave enough to fight against them. I believe if it wasn't for him no one would ever have a courage to stand up and fight for their rights.
